The Retreat is located at Big Cedar Lodge in Branson, Mo

One breakfast meal and two dinners will be provided for your stay with us at the retreat. Coffee will be provided at every session. Soft drinks are provided for dinner.

3 PM is the time of check-in for the hotel

Unfortunately, the non-pastors attending (Production, Event Coordinator, Social Media) serve specific needs and won't be available for personal requests by attending pastors while at the event. If there is an emergency need, please text 913-596-0006

We recommend you check-out before 9AM on Saturday prior to the morning session.

Parking is free for the event and the lodge for your stay.

All but one session is casual dress Friday night dinner and session is semi-formal

No extra expenses are expected except what you do in your free time.
